Question 1

What does Tallywren handle after a purchase?

Accepted Answer

Tallywren covers routine order-status and approved policy questions, monitors an inbox and order events, flags unusual cases for human review, and reports recurring issues. Inbox, order-event, and AI access, along with approved policies, are arranged and confirmed separately for each store. Support stays inactive until that store’s requirements are verified and an operator activates it.

Question 2

What do Starter, Growth, and Scale cost, and how many cases are included?

Accepted Answer

Plans are priced per store each month in USD: Starter is $29/month for up to 100 cases, Growth is $79/month for up to 500 cases, and Scale is $149/month for up to 1,500 cases.

Question 3

How are cases counted, and what happens at the limit?

Accepted Answer

The allowance counts unique cases recorded during each UTC calendar month. Replies and status changes do not add cases. When a store reaches its plan limit, new case intake stops; there is no automatic overage charge.

Question 4

How does the 14-day free trial work?

Accepted Answer

The 14-day trial starts when hosted Checkout completes. No subscription charge is due during the trial, and the first recurring charge is due 14 days later. A payment method may be required at Checkout. The billing trial is separate from store activation: it does not wait for support to activate and does not restart after setup.

Question 5

Is my store already connected, and when does support start?

Accepted Answer

No store’s inbox, order-event feed, or AI access is assumed to be connected or verified. Access checks are completed separately for every store. Support remains inactive until the requirements for that store are verified and an operator activates it.
