The exact 14-day trial starts when hosted Checkout completes; the first recurring charge is due 14 days later. Support activation is separate from the trial: support remains inactive until the store's approved policies and required access are verified and an operator activates it. The monthly allowance counts unique cases recorded in each UTC calendar month; replies and status changes do not add cases. New case intake stops at the selected plan limit, with no automatic overage charge.
